Unlimited ACD Queues

Color-coded presence status lets other FlowVox users know your availability. Choose from pre-defined status messages or create your own custom status message.
Call Parking and Retrieval
Park a call simply by dragging it to an open park slot. Pick-up a parked call by dragging it to your extension or phone.
Transfer an active call to another extension, conference room, park slot, or voice mail by dragging the call to the destination or by clicking the transfer button from the active call area.
Start conference calls by dragging extensions or active calls into an available conference room. Need to invite attendees on the fly? Just drag their extension into the conference room.
See Your Voicemails
See the number of voice mail messages you have in real-time right from the main FlowVox operator panel interface. Listen to your voicemail through your computer speakers, your headset, or your desk phone handset.
The main FlowVox interface is clean and functional, giving you everything you need to streamline call management in one place. For those who want to switch things up, FlowVox windows can be arranged in any layout that works for you. Don’t need to see all windows? No problem. Just open the ones you need to use.
Interactive Call Status Area
View and control your active calls from this central area. Hang up, transfer, park, and send calls to voicemail, view remote party information, call duration, and more.
Dial Field and Dialer
FlowVox features a dial field where you may manually key in or copy paste a number to dial. Additionally, a pop-out dialer is available for those who prefer to use the mouse to dial.
FlowVox allows users to upload and crop their own personal avatars. Avatars are displayed in FlowVox-to-FlowVox chat sessions and internal calls.
FlowVox streamlines day-to-day call operations and reduces dependency on your desk phone, greatly improving user productivity.
Interactive Call Logs
FlowVox stores all inbound and outbound call activity in an interactive call log. From the log, you can perform redial and call-back functions with one flick of the mouse.
Asterisk Distro Support
FlowVox is compatible with Asterisk 1.8 or later, and may be used in conjunction with many popular Asterisk distributions, including FreePBX, Elastix, Switchvox, AsieriskNOW, Trixbox, Azkozia, and others.
