FlowVox Asterisk Operator Panel

Manage all your calls and call operations with one intuitive, functional interface. With FlowVox, you can initiate, transfer, park and retrieve calls, view and listen to voicemails, and much more right from your computer or laptop.

Contacts

The interactive Contacts view allows you to see the presense status of FlowVox users and whether or not a user is on the phone. With a single click, you can initiate a call or instant message (IM) chat with other FlowVox users. Contacts may be orgnaizaed into expandable and collapsable groups.

Extensions

View all internal Asterisk extensions in block or list view, with color status. To call an extension, drag your extension over the destination, over one of your Lines, or to the dial field in the main FlowVox interface.

My Phones

My Phones displays all your active phones and extensions, including desk phones and soft phones. From here, you can initiate an outbound call or join a conference room by dragging one of the My Phones objects to the destination.

Voice Mail

View, play, and manage voice mail messages right from the FlowVox user interface. Listen to your voicemail through your computer speakers or through your handset, share your voice mail with other users, or download voice mail files to your computer.

Interactive Call Log

View a list of inbound and outbound call activity sorted by date. Re-dial a past outbound call or call a number back by dragging the call log entry to your line, extension, or to the dial field in the main FlowVox interface.

Parked Calls

Parked Calls shows all available park slots and their statuses. Send active calls to a park slot and retrieve parked calls from any of the available park slots with a quick drag and drop motion - it's that simple!

Conference Rooms

Start a new conference call, join a conference in progress, or transfer active calls to conference rooms. FlowVox greatly simplifies conference room management by transforming the standard Asterisk keypad codes and steps into a single fluid motion.

Instant Message (IM) Chat

FlowVox unifies communication by tying together voice calling and call management with instant messaging. Any user with a FlowVox Client can IM chat with all other FlowVox users.

Single-Click Call and Chat

FlowVox offers a sleek user interface featuring single-click calling and instant message chat. Other operator panel solutions are convoluted and cumbersome, but FlowVox is designed for ease of use and efficiency.

Unlimited ACD Queues

FlowVox provides unlimited visual ACD queue monitoring for FREE. Queue login, logout, and pause functions are supported.

Contacts Grouping

Organize and arrange your FlowVox Contacts into expandable/collapsible groups for ease of use.

Presence Status

Color-coded presence status lets other FlowVox users know your availability. Choose from pre-defined status messages or create your own custom status message.

Call Parking and Retrieval

Park a call simply by dragging it to an open park slot. Pick-up a parked call by dragging it to your extension or phone.

Call Transfer

Transfer an active call to another extension, conference room, park slot, or voice mail by dragging the call to the destination or by clicking the transfer button from the active call area.

Conference Calls

Start conference calls by dragging extensions or active calls into an available conference room. Need to invite attendees on the fly? Just drag their extension into the conference room.

See Your Voicemails

See the number of voice mail messages you have in real-time right from the main FlowVox operator panel interface. Listen to your voicemail through your computer speakers, your headset, or your desk phone handset.

Functional Layout

The main FlowVox interface is clean and functional, giving you everything you need to streamline call management in one place. For those who want to switch things up, FlowVox windows can be arranged in any layout that works for you. Don’t need to see all windows? No problem. Just open the ones you need to use.

Interactive Call Status Area

View and control your active calls from this central area. Hang up, transfer, park, and send calls to voicemail, view remote party information, call duration, and more.

Dial Field and Dialer

FlowVox features a dial field where you may manually key in or copy paste a number to dial. Additionally, a pop-out dialer is available for those who prefer to use the mouse to dial.

User Avatars

FlowVox allows users to upload and crop their own personal avatars. Avatars are displayed in FlowVox-to-FlowVox chat sessions and internal calls.

Increase Productivity

FlowVox streamlines day-to-day call operations and reduces dependency on your desk phone, greatly improving user productivity.

Interactive Call Logs

FlowVox stores all inbound and outbound call activity in an interactive call log. From the log, you can perform redial and call-back functions with one flick of the mouse.

Asterisk Distro Support

FlowVox is compatible with Asterisk 1.8 or later, and may be used in conjunction with many popular Asterisk distributions, including FreePBX, Elastix, Switchvox, AsieriskNOW, Trixbox, Azkozia, and others.
